Will You Be My Bridesmaid?

As you may know Chris and I are getting married!! We will be announcing our wedding date as well as all of the wonderful details about our day in a couple of weeks!! Throughout the process we will be blogging about what we are doing, tips and advice, etc. Today we bring you how I asked my girls to be my bridesmaids!! I looked on Pinterest and popular wedding blogs for ideas on what I should do and I came across a picture of a cookie that had “Will you be my bridesmaid?” written on it. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to contact Ann Potter Baking . Her cookies are delicious and seriously works of art!! Next was a cute card for my girls and of course I went to The Social Type . If you haven’t been in their store you need to stop by!! They have the cutest cards, invitations, party decor, and more. I am SO happy with the way my cards turned out. Last but not least I needed a cute box to hold all of my goodies. If you follow me on my personal Facebook you know that I recently got my wedding heels which are gold glitter. We will have gold details on our wedding day so I want everything we do to match our wedding. I got the gold glitter boxes at The Container Store, LOVE that place!! My girls received their present at lunch on the day we went to look for my wedding dress. They loved all of it, especially the delicious cookies!!
